2.1 The Contractual Varnish
By entering ArtAura.store, you are entering a legally binding “Gallery Accord.” This contract governs the browsing, procurement, and subsequent ownership of physical and digital art assets within the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
2.2 Intellectual Property & The “Moral Rights” Clause
This is the most critical section of our agreement.
- Copyright Ownership: Under the Copyright Ordinance 1962, the “Intellectual Property” of a painting remains with the Artist even after the “Physical Property” is sold to you.
- Prohibition of Reproduction: You may NOT photograph the work for the purpose of creating prints, digital wallpapers, or NFT (Non-Fungible Token) minting without a written “Transfer of Copyright” from ArtAura.
- Public Display: If the artwork is used in a commercial space (a cafe, office, or film set), credit must be given to the artist and ArtAura.store.
2.3 Pricing, Levies, and “The Collector’s Premium”
- Price Volatility: Due to the fluctuating cost of imported Belgian linen, German pigments, and gold leafing, ArtAura reserves the right to adjust prices without notice.
- Currency: All transactions are settled in PKR. International buyers are responsible for exchange rate variances.
- Taxation: Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise for high-value corporate procurements.
