3.1 The “Aesthetic Resonance” Guarantee
We understand that art is an emotional investment. If, upon hanging the piece, it does not achieve the desired “Vibe” or “Aura” in your space, we offer a 7-Day Aesthetic Exchange. However, due to the fragile nature of hand-painted surfaces, this is subject to our “Pristine Canvas Audit.”
3.2 The “Vault-Box” Return Requirement
You cannot return a painting in a standard cardboard box.
- Original Packaging: The artwork must be returned in the ArtAura “Vault-Box” (multi-layered shock-absorbent casing).
- Surface Protection: The acid-free butter paper/glassine layer must be intact to prevent oil-smudging.
- Insured Transit: The collector must use a trackable, insured courier. If the painting is damaged on its way back to us, the refund is void, and the collector must claim from the courier.
3.3 The “4-Hour Damage Window”
Upon delivery by our “Art-Secure” team, the buyer has exactly 4 hours to report physical defects (cracked frames, punctured canvas, or moisture damage). Reports made after this window are deemed “Home-Incurred Damage” and are not eligible for a refund.
3.4 The Non-Refundable “Masterpiece” List
- Custom Portraits: Any art containing a likeness of a specific person.
- Sized-to-Wall Murals: Pieces cut or stretched to custom dimensions.
- Sale/Exhibition Pieces: Art sold during “Final Gallery Clearances.”
